A site for anyone looking to become fitter and healthier with challenges that are fun, friendly and competitive!!!

If you’re looking for a fun, enjoyable and motivating ways to lose weight and get fitter then this site is for you!

If you’re a serious runner you just won’t believe the range of challenges that you can take part in, and the personal challenge groups you can create!

Total beginner? Start by entering the 1 Mile challenge group. Walk it if you prefer!

You will be able to track your personal progress in the gym or on your favourite running, walking or jogging routes.

You can set up your own exclusive challenge groups – maybe for just friends or colleagues – but possibly even inviting people as far away as Australia and America to join in the fun!!!! There are no limits!!

You can view your progress in any challenge you take part in at any time and how your time compares with all other participants – locally or globally!! You can also see how you are improving through your own personalised progress chart. You’ll even be sent a unique certificate for every challenge you complete!

Your personal profile will help you track your progress, from completing those first steps on a treadmill, to breaking 10 minutes for a mile or completing 5 kilometres in a personal best time. It’s an online log book – so never lose any times for any races again!

As your times improve, see how you climb up the rankings – and which friends and colleagues you’ve managed to beat on the way!!
