The parent Company Let’s Run Ltd is based in the UK and has been set up by people with both a love of health and fitness and a combined desire to help get the population active – both at home and abroad. With global obesity becoming an endemic problem it is hoped that by encouraging such a fun-based exercise challenge some small step can be taken to help tackle this problem.
A percentage of any site revenue will be put into a fund to help finance projects intended to remove barriers to exercise participation for those most in need.
